TP ICAP announces that its Annual Results for the twelve months ended 31 December 2025 have been submitted in unedited full text to the Financial Conduct Authority's National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

TP ICAP's Board is recommending a final dividend of 11.6 pence per share. Subject to approval at the 2026 Annual General Meeting on 13 May 2026, the final dividend will be paid on 22 May 2026 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 10 April 2026. The ex-dividend date will be 9 April 2026. The Group offers a dividend reinvestment plan ('DRIP'). The last date for shareholders to elect to participate in the DRIP for the purposes of the 2025 final dividend is 30 April 2026. Further details are available on the Group's website.
