The announcement released by Ladbrokes plc entitled 'Final Results' on 23 February 2016 at 7.00am (the "Announcement") incorrectly stated the record date for the dividend to be paid on 12 May 2016 as 24 March 2016.

The Announcement should have stated the record date as 29 March 2016. The remainder of the Announcement remains unchanged.
