FINAL RESULTS and Notice of AGM

Seeing MachinesLimited (AIM:SEE)is pleased to announce that its Annual Report and Accounts for year ended 30 June 2012 have been published and are available for download from the Company's website www.seeingmachines.com. The Annual Report will be mailed to shareholders in the first week of November.

The Company will hold its Annual General Meeting in Canberra, Australia at the Clifton Suites on Northbourne, 100 Northbourne Ave, Canberra ACT 2601, at 5pm on 28 November 2012. The Notice of Annual General Meeting will be sent to shareholders on Friday the 26th of October 2012.
