Wey Education, the online educational services group, announces that its Annual Report for the year ended 31 August 2019 and Notice of AGM are now available on the Company's website at https://www.weyeducation.com/#investors .

Letters have been issued to all shareholders advising them that the documents have been posted on the Company's website and hard copies will be sent to those shareholders who request them.

The Company's AGM will be held at 10 Orange Street, London, WC2H 7DQ on Tuesday 28 January 2020 at 3.30 p.m.
