Final Dividend FY 2016 GBP Equivalent Dividend Payments
London. 28 April 2017. Telit Communications PLC ("the Company", AIM: TCM) announces the GBP equivalent dividend payments for its FY16 final dividend, announced on 13 March 2017, at 4.9 US cents per ordinary share.
The USD to GBP exchange rate of $1:£0.77065 used to convert the dividends into GBP is based on the market rate obtained on 24 April 2017.
The final dividend on ordinary shares will be paid at the rate of approximately 3.776185 pence per ordinary share on 5 May 2017 to shareholders on the register on 7 April 2017, with an ex-dividend date of 6 April 2017.
