Final Dividend Payment Date

Ted Baker PLC announces a correction to the payment date for the final dividend for the 52 weeks ended 26 January 2013. Subject to approval by shareholders at the 2013 AGM, the final dividend will be paid on 21 June 2013 (and not 14 June 2013 as previously stated in the announcement of annual results made on 21 March 2013).
