DIVIDEND NO. 57 - AMOUNT PAYABLE IN STERLING AND EURO

Further to the full-year results announcement on 20 February 2024, the Sterling equivalent of the final dividend of 24.3 US cents will be 19.5165 pence per ordinary share, based on an exchange rate of £1 = US$1.2451, and the Euro equivalent will be 22.7124 Euro cents per ordinary share, based on an exchange rate of €1 = US$1.0699.

Payment of the dividend is scheduled for 10 May 2024.
