Senior PLC03 March 2006 Senior plc Final Dividend Further to yesterday's announcement of the Company's preliminary results forthe year ended 31 December 2005, it is confirmed that the proposed finaldividend of 1.35p per share shall be paid on 31 May 2006 to shareholders on the register on 5 May 2006. Payment is subject to shareholder approval at theAnnual General Meeting to be held on 28 April 2006.
