BAE SYSTEMS PLC23 February 2006 BAE Systems plc Final Dividend Information As announced earlier today the directors of BAE Systems plc have proposed afinal dividend of 6.3p per ordinary share. Payment is subject to the usualrequirement for shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The dividend will be paid on 1 June 2006 to shareholders registered on 21 April2006.
