FINAL DIVIDEND FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2010

ARM Holdings plc announces a correction to the record date for the final dividend in respect of 2010. In the Preliminary Announcement dated 1 February 2011 it was stated that, subject to shareholder approval, the final dividend will be paid on 18 May 2011 to shareholders on the register on 27 April 2011. 

The correct record date is 3 May 2011, the payment date is unchanged and the ex dividend date is 27 April 2011.
