Final Dividend Currency Exchange Rate
Trans-Siberian Gold plc (TSG.LN), a low cost, high grade gold producer in Kamchatka, Far East Russia, announced on 8 June 2020 that, subject to shareholder approval, the Company proposed to pay a final dividend of US$ 0.023 per ordinary share (the "Final Dividend").
Shareholders approved the payment of the Final Dividend at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM') of the Company held on 30 June 2020.
The Final Dividend amounts to approximately US$2million, making the total dividend paid to shareholders for the financial year ended 31 December 2019 approximately US$4million.
This announcement confirms the US Dollar / GBP Sterling exchange rate applicable for the Final Dividend.

The Final Dividend will be paid on 28 July 2020 to shareholders who were on the register at the close of business on 10 July 2020.
