Final dividend

As set out in the preliminary results announcement released on 3 March 2009, the Board of Share plc proposes a final ordinary dividend, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 12 June 2009, of 0.22 pence per share payable on 18 June 2009 to shareholders on the register on 22 May 2009.
