Works Media Group (The) PLC12 February 2007 ("The Works" or the "Company") Film Distribution Rights The Works Media Group plc, the independent film distributor, announces today that it has acquired all UK distribution rights to independent filmmaker Adam Green's 'old school horror' feature, "Hatchet," from Echo Bridge Entertainment. Under the terms of the distribution agreement, The Works will market the filmacross all multi-media platforms in the UK from cinematic to home entertainmentrelease. This is the sixth feature this year for which the Works has beenassigned as UK distributor, further strengthening the Company's feature pipelineand underpinning the growth of the business through 2007. The Company plans torelease Hatchet theatrically nationwide at the end of the summer to coincidewith the North American release.
