20.06.2017 - Report 44/2017: Filing the suit with the court for ascertainment of an invalidity or alternatively for repealing of the resolutions of Bank's Ordinary General Meeting dated 19 April, 2017

The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs that it has been served the suit of the Bank's shareholder for ascertainment of the invalidity or alternatively for repealing of the resolutions No 5 and No 21 the Bank's Ordinary General Meeting dated 19 April 2017 on acceptance of the Bank's financial statement for 2016 and granting the vote of approval for member of the Bank's Management Board for 2016.

In the Bank's opinion the whole suit is groundless.

Legal basis: § 38 section 1 point 10 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 19 February 2009 re. current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states.
