Filing the plaint- invalid or alternatively repeal

Report 26/2011: Filing the plaint to the court to make invalid or alternatively repeal resolutions of Bank's Ordinary General Meeting dated on April 19th, 2011.

The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs that it has received the plaint of the Bank's shareholder to make invalid the resolutions No 1, No 6, No 10, No 23, No 24 the Bank's Ordinary General Meeting dated on April 19th, 2011 on selection of the Chairman of the Bank's General Meeting, acceptance of the Bank's financial statement, division of net profit for 2010, granting the vote of approval for Members of the Bank's Management Board, or alternatively for repealing of the resolutions No 1, No 6, No 10, No 23 No 24 on selection of the Chairman of the Bank's General Meeting, acceptance of the Bank's financial statement, division of net profit for 2010, granting the vote of approval for Member of the Bank's Management Board.

In the Bank's opinion the whole plaintiff is groundless.

Legal basis: § 38 section 1 point 10 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 19 February 2009 re. current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states.
