FILES 2009 RESERVES DATA AND OTHER OIL & GAS INFORMATION
HOUSTON, Texas March 30, 2010 - Caza Oil & Gas, Inc. ("Caza") (TSX: CAZ / AIM: CAZA)
has filed its Annual Information Form for the year ended December 31, 2009, which includes the

The evaluation of the reserves date included in the Annual Information Form complies with standards set out in the Canadian Oil and Gas Evaluation Handbook prepared jointly by the Society of Petroleum Evaluation Engineers (Calgary Chapter) and the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy & Petroleum (Petroleum Society).
