Report 60/2012: File for withdrawal of file for bankruptcy of FPB Media Sp. z o.o.

The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. ("Bank") informs that on the day of 16th October 2012, the Bank received information that on 16th of October, 2012 Management Board of FPB Media Sp. z o.o. filed motion for withdrawal of file for bankruptcy of indirect subsidiary of the Bank - FPB Media Sp. z o.o. dated 13th August 2012. The motion was submitted to District Court for Warsaw Praga-Północ in Warsaw, IX Business Division.

The net book value of FPB Media Sp. z o.o. shares is equal PLN 0.

Legal grounds: § 5 Item 1 Section 24 of Resolution of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 in the matter of current and periodical information, provided by issuers of securities and on the terms and conditions of classification as equivalent of information, required by the laws of a non-member state country.
