The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. ("Bank") informs that on the day of 13 August 2012, the Bank received information that on 13 of August, 2012 Mr. Zbigniew Sajdak - Member of the Management Board of FPB Media Sp. z o.o. filed for bankruptcy of indirect subsidiary of the Bank - FPB Media Sp. z o.o. The motion was submitted to District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 10th Business Division for Bankruptcy and Repair Issues.

Legal grounds: §5 Item 1 Section 24 of Resolution of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 in the matter of current and periodical information, provided by issuers of securities andon the terms and conditions of classification as equivalent of information, required by the laws of a non-member state country.
