Federal Grid Company's Board of Directorsapproves composition of board committees

27 July 2015, Moscow - Federal Grid Company of Unified Energy System ("Federal Grid Company" or "the Company") (Moscow Exchange, LSE: FEES), part of the Russian Grids Group of companies and operator of Russia's Unified National Energy Grid ("UNEG"), announces that its Board of Directors met on 21 July 2015 and approved the composition of the Audit Committee and the Human Resources and Remuneration Committee.

The composition of the Audit committee is as follows:

• Sergey Myronosetsky (Chairman of the committee) - Member of the Board of Directors of Federal Grid Company; member of the Board of Directors of Siberian Generating Company LLC;

• Pavel Grachev - Member of the Board of Directors of Federal Grid Company, Chief Executive Officer of OJSC Polyus Gold;

• Mikhail Kolesnikov - Member of the Board of Directors of Federal Grid Company; General Director of Oldham LLC.

The composition of the Human Resources and Remuneration Committee is as follows:

• Sergey Myronosetsky (Chairman of the committee) - Member of the Board of Directors of Federal Grid Company; member of the Board of Directors of Siberian Generating Company LLC;

• Pavel Grachev - Member of the Board of Directors of Federal Grid Company, Chief Executive Officer of OJSC Polyus Gold;

• Mikhail Kolesnikov - Member of the Board of Directors of Federal Grid Company; General Director of Oldham LLC.
