AQUARIUS PLATINUM LIMITED ASX, LSE & JSE 13 October 2014 Fatal accident at Kroondal Platinum Mine Aquarius Platinum Limited ("Aquarius" or the "Company") regrets to advise thatMr Pedro Tafulane Nhabinde, a Team Leader at Aquarius Platinum South Africa'sKroondal mine (Kwezi shaft), was fatally injured in a fall of ground incidenton 11 October 2014. The Aquarius board and management extend their sincere condolences to MrNhadine's family and colleagues. Management has suspended operations at Kwezi Shaft pending a technical reviewof the area.
