Real Estate Credit Investments Limited (the "Company"), a non-cellular company incorporated in Guernsey, is pleased to announce that its Investment Manager's monthly Fact Sheet as at 29 February 2024 is now available on the Company's website at:

As at 29 February 2024, the Company was invested in a diversified portfolio of 32 investments with a valuation of £306.2m.

During the month, RECI was fully repaid at par its position in two Spanish deals: firstly, a senior loan secured against a PBSA development in Pamplona; and secondly, a senior loan secured against PBSA accommodation in Seville. RECI received c.£11m net of leverage.

RECI continues to use its cash to invest in its existing commitments in highly accretive wider opportunities in senior mortgage lending.

Cash Balance as at 29 February 2024 was £28.7m.
