Cairo, April 14th, 2022: The Financial Regulatory Authority "FRA" received from First Abu Dhabi "FAB" a letter with regards to the withdrawal of their intention to submit a Mandatory Tender Offer to acquire the shares of EFG Hermes Holding SAE.
