Pursuant to the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rule 9.6.14(2) the Company notifies the market that Darren Pope, an independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, is the Senior Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of Network International Holdings plc.
Commencement of conditional dealing in the Ordinary Shares of Network International Holdings plc began today on the London Stock Exchange.
