EXTERNAL APPOINTMENT

Pursuant to the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rule 9.6.14(2) the Company notifies the market that Dr. Teresa Robson-Capps, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director, Chair of the Audit Committee and member of the Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee and SHE Committee, of Yorkshire Water Services Limited with effect from 1 January 2017.

There are no additional matters requiring disclosure under Rule 9.6.13 of the UK Listing Rules.
