Pursuant to the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rule 9.6.14R(2) the Company notifies the market that, as announced by Intrum AB (publ) (Intrum) on 10 March 2023, Geeta Gopalan, an independent non-executive director of the Company, is to be appointed as a non-executive director of Intrum with effect from 27 April 2023 subject to the approval of shareholders at the Intrum annual general meeting also on 27 April 2023.
