Pursuant to the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rule 9.6.14R(2) the Company notifies the market that, as announced by Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC (Dechra) on 20 December 2022, Geeta Gopalan, an independent non-executive director of the Company, is to be appointed as a non-executive director of Dechra with effect from 1 January 2023. Geeta will be a member of the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees of Dechra with the intention that she will be appointed as Chair of the Remuneration Committee of Dechra from 1 March 2023.
