Pursuant to the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rule 9.6.14(2) the Company notifies the market that Dr. Teresa Robson-Capps, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director, member of the Audit Committee and member of the Risk Committee of Hastings Group Holdings plc with effect from 13 July 2016.

There are no additional matters requiring disclosure under Rule 9.6.13 of the UK Listing Rules.
