Pursuant to the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rule 9.6.14(2) the Company notifies the market that Geeta Gopalan, an independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as an independent Non-Executive Director, Chair of the Audit Committee and member of the Risk and Compliance Committee of Funding Circle Holdings plc with effect from 1 November 2018.
There are no additional matters requiring disclosure under Rule 9.6.13 of the UK Listing Rules.
