Extension to BECAP Fund LP

The Company announces that it has consented to an extension to BECAP Fund LP (the "2009 Fund") of one further year to 17 December 2019. The Board considers that a further extension to the 2009 Fund will help to provide an appropriate timeframe in which the General Partner of the 2009 Fund can maximise returns through the realisation of the residual assets in the portfolio. The Board intends to continue the distribution of net realised capital to shareholders on a cost effective and timely basis.

In accordance with the terms of the Prospectus of the Company dated 29 July 2013 and the Amended and Restated Limited Partnership Agreement of the 2009 Fund dated 16 December 2011, the General Partner of the 2009 Fund can enforce its discretion to extend the term of the 2009 Fund for up to two additional one year periods, subject to the consent of the Company.
