Sealand Capital Galaxy Limited (LSE: SCGL) announces that following the granting by the Financial Conduct Authority of a temporary two-month extension to Annual Report and Accounts reporting deadlines due to the impact of the global pandemic, it now expects to announce its final results for the year ended 31 December 2020 by 30 June 2021.
