Extension of Warrant Instrument
East Star Resources Plc (LSE:EST), which is exploring for copper and gold in Kazakhstan, announces an extension of the expiry date of the 35,199,667 warrants with an exercise price of 3p due to expire on 15 October 2025 that were issued pursuant to the placing announced on 2 October 2023 (the "Warrants") for a period of two and a half months to 31 December 2025.
As a participant in the 2 October 2023 placing, Alex Walker, Chief Executive Officer of East Star, is a holder of 1,254,679 of the Warrants and abstained from the Board vote to approve the extension.
