Extension of Standstill Agreement

As announced on 19 January 2009, the Company has been operating under a standstill agreement entered into with its lenders on 10 December 2008. The lenders have agreed to extend the standstill arrangements to 12 February 2009. In connection with the extension the Company has paid the lenders a fee of £166,500 that will be offset against the fees the Company has already agreed to pay.

The Company continues to be in an active and constructive dialogue with its lenders.
