Extension of PHANTOM share option exercise period

Tangent (AIM: TNG), the online print and digital marketing business, announces that it has agreed to extend the exercise period of the 1,728,163 phantom share options granted in March 2009 to each of Nicholas Green and Timothy Green from the current expiry date of 31 March 2014 to 31 December 2015. The Board has discretion to satisfy these awards as a cash bonus or through the issue of shares. The phantom options are fully vested and the exercise price is 1p.
