Extension of EGM Voting deadline
The Board is aware that a number of proxy votes in respect of the EGM taking place at 10am on Friday 23 January 2009 have been received after the cut off time of 10am on Wednesday 21 January 2009. The Board have discretion under the Articles of Association of the Company to accept votes after the cut off time and wish to advise Shareholders that any proxy votes received by the Company Secretary up until close of business today, Thursday 22 January 2009, will be accepted.
