Extension of Early Bird
JAKARTA - 22 April 2015 - We refer to our announcement dated 31 March 2015 in relation to the recapitalisation update and the restructuring support agreement to be entered into between inter alia, the Company, NR Holdings Limited, Berau Capital Resources Pte. Ltd. and PT Berau Coal Energy Tbk ("Restructuring Support Agreement"). We hereby extend the Early Bird Date referenced in the Restructuring Support Agreement to 30 April 2015.
