Extension of duties of the General Director
On 20 January 2016 the Board of Directors of PJSC TransContainer ("TransContainer" or the "Company") decided to extend the duties of Mr. Petr V. Baskakov as CEO of the Company for an additional three year term until 11 February 2019.
