Extension of Closing Date for Tender Offer

Further to the announcement of 16 October 2017 in relation to the tender offer for approximately £35 million (the "Tender Offer"), Rasmala announces a two-week extension of the Closing Date of the Tender Offer.

The Company, in consultation with Stockdale Securities Limited, has agreed to extend the Closing Date after many overseas shareholders informed the Company that they did not have enough time to accept the Tender Offer. The extension will grant such shareholders sufficient time to consider the terms of the Tender Offer and tender their shares if they so wish.

The Tender Offer was expected to close on 6 November 2017. Following the extension, the Tender Offer will close on 20 November 2017. There will be no further extensions of the Closing Date beyond 20 November 2017.

Those shareholders who have already accepted the Tender Offer do not need to do anything further.
