EXTENSION OF CANYON OIL AND GAS AGREEMENT deaDline
Aminex PLC ("Aminex" or the "Company") announces that the final deadline for the acquisition of Canyon Oil and Gas Ltd. ("Canyon") has been extended by mutual consent with Canyon's shareholders from 31 October as previously announced, to 31 December 2013, pending finalisation of the formal Sale and Purchase Agreement. Meanwhile the Canyon management team has continued to integrate itself into the business and is fully engaged on Aminex's operations.
