Electrica informs its shareholders and investors that, during the meeting held on 27 February 2023, the Board of Directors decided, at the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, to extend the duration of the mandate of Mr. Alexandru-Aurelian Chirita as interim CEO until 30 April 2023 (inclusively), under the same conditions.

Also, during the meeting held on 27 February 2023, the Board of Directors decided, at the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, to extend the duration of the mandate of Mr. Stefan-Alexandru Frangulea as interim CFO for a period of 2 years, until 27 February 2025 (inclusively), under the same conditions.
