Electrica informs its shareholders and investors that, during the meeting held on 29 December 2022, the Board of Directors decided to extend the appointment of Mr. Alexandru-Aurelian Chirita, Romanian citizen, as interim CEO, until 28 Feb 2023 (inclusively), or until the appointment of a new CEO, respectively until the revocation, whichever occurs first, with the possibility of revoking the mandate granted at any time during the period.

Also, during the meeting held on 29 December 2022, the Board of Directors decided to extend the appointment of Mr. Stefan-Alexandru Frangulea, Romanian citizen, as interim CFO, until 28 Feb 2023 (inclusively), or until the appointment of a new CFO, respectively until the revocation, whichever occurs first, with the possibility of revoking the mandate granted at any time during the period.
