Electrica informs its shareholders and investors that, during the meeting held on 26 April 2023, the Board of Directors decided, at the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, to extend the duration of the mandate of Mr. Alexandru-Aurelian Chirita as interim CEO until 31 August 2023 (inclusively), under the same conditions.
