Caspian Holdings plc21 December 2007 21 December 2007 Caspian Holdings Plc ("Caspian" or "the Company") Export to be cleared to restart in March Quarter 2008 Caspian Holdings Plc (AIM: CSH), the oil and gas production and explorationCompany in the countries around the Caspian Sea, announces that the CentralCommission of Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resource of Kazakhstan hasrescheduled its meeting for the approval of Caspian's key development report.This has held up the granting of the export quota, and as a result of this it isestimated that the exports will only be able to recommence in the first quarterof 2008. This is in contrast to the timing as announced on 15 October 2007. Michael Masterman, Chairman of Caspian commented: "We are disappointed not tohave our exports back on stream before the end of December, but have been givenassurances that this is a matter of procedure, and we will be in a position toresume exports early in the New Year.
