4.1The Company currently is in the process of organizational restructuring for listing relevant business groups. This organizational restructuring would not affect shareholders' interests, and is not subject to Article 185 of the ROC Company Act.

4.2For listing the business groups, the Company will follow and comply with relevant laws and regulations when making stock flotation and listing application.
