Expiry of Warrants
The Company today reminds holders of its warrants issued pursuant to the terms of a warrant instrument dated 25 September 2008 ("Warrants"), that they have the rights ("Subscription Rights"), in accordance with the terms and conditions on which the Warrants were issued, to subscribe for ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by making payments in cash for all or such number of Ordinary Shares as they shall specify and for which their holding of Warrants shall entitle them so to subscribe at a price of £0.2885 per Ordinary Share at any time during the period ending on the date of 25 September 2011. This is the final subscription date on which these Warrants can be exercised, following which all remaining outstanding Warrants will lapse.
The Company shall make applications to the London Stock Exchange for the Ordinary Shares allotted pursuant to any exercise of Subscription Rights to be admitted to trading on AIM (a market of the London Stock Exchange).
