Experian completes acquisition of Passport Health Communications, Inc.

21 November 2013 -Further to the announcement on 6 November 2013, Experian, the global information services company, is pleased to confirm that all conditions relating to the acquisition of Passport Health Communications, Inc., including Hart-Scott-Rodino regulatory approval, have been satisfied. The purchase consideration has been paid and the transaction has completed.
