Experian appoints Sir Alan Rudge as Deputy Chairman

 

 

15 September 2010 - Experian, the global information services company, today announces the appointment of Sir Alan Rudge as Deputy Chairman.

 

Sir Alan is currently Experian's Senior Independent Director and, in addition to his existing responsibilities, his enhanced role as Deputy Chairman will include chairmanship of the Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee.

 

John Peace, Chairman of Experian, commented:
