African Potash Limited ('African Potash' or 'the Company')
Expected Suspension
Further to the announcements of 21 November 2016, and 30 November 2016, the Company advises that it expects that its shares will be suspended from trading on AIM from 7.30.a.m on 8 December 2016 as it will not have appointed a replacement nominated adviser by that date.
In the event the Company thereafter fails to appoint a replacement nominated adviser within one month of such suspension, trading in the Company's shares on AIM will be cancelled. Trading in its shares on ISDX will nonetheless continue.
Although there can be no guarantee that any appointment will be made, the Company is pleased to report that it continues to be in meaningful discussions with a new Nominated Adviser and will update the market in due course.
