Impax Group PLC14 November 2005 Impax Group plc (the "Company") Successful expansion of listed fund Impax Environmental Markets plc ("IEM"), the listed investment trust managed byImpax Asset Management Limited (the Company's asset management subsidiary), hastoday announced that it has raised £60 million of additional capital through aplacing and offer for subscription. The new capital will increase IEM's totalnet assets to £105 million.
