Expansion of Executive Management Team - Appointment of John R. Cook as Corporate Vice President, Supply Chain & Logistics

PureCircle (LSE: PURE), the world's leading producer and marketer of high purity stevia products announces the expansion of its executive management team, with a key appointment from within the beverage industry.

John R. Cook (Randy) has joined PureCircle to be Corporate Vice President, Supply Chain & Logistics, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and based in the corporate office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Randy brings over 30 years of procurement and supply chain management experience within the beverage and transportation industries. He previously held a number of executive positions within The Coca-Cola Company and its bottling system in Hong Kong and the United States. He will spearhead further development of the entire supply chain and logistics activities within the Group.

Randy has a proven track record in procurement and supply chain, and has special expertise in procurement strategy, commodity risk management and process development and implementation. He has in-depth international experience spanning North and South America, China, Asia, Africa and Europe.
