Begbies Traynor Group PLC18 June 2007 18 June 2007 Begbies Traynor Group plc Expansion of Corporate Finance team across the UK Begbies Traynor Group plc ("BTG"; AIM: BEG) the AIM listed specialistprofessional services group, is growing its Corporate Finance capability underthe BTG McInnes banner with the appointment of four new partners across theGroup. These appointments reflect the growth in corporate finance services as part ofthe Group's overall business. New members of the team include, Martin Pearson, a chartered accountant, who hasbeen appointed as Corporate Finance Partner in the Southampton office. Althoughbased in Southampton, Martin will work closely with all of the offices on theSouth Coast. Martin began his career at Price Waterhouse Coopers before going on to work atAllied Leisure plc and Hugh Symons Group plc. Shawn Bone has joined the corporate finance team in Newcastle. Shawn has awealth of experience in all aspects of corporate finance but specialises inprivate equity and sales mandates. After training with Price WaterhouseCoopers, Shawn joined their corporate finance department, and, in 2000 he becameDirector of Deloitte Corporate Finance in Newcastle. The Group has also appointed David Wilson in the Manchester office and SimonPoole in the London office.
